Many people all over the world are obese, and it takes immense dedication to be able to fight it and shed weight. One of such people is Simone, whose story is nothing less than an inspiration. But her story is rather different than other weight-loss stories one often hears about - it's about what happens next. After a drastic change, it is quite understandable that people might find it difficult to equate two photos - before and after - to be the very same person.
